1. Enquiries
Bulk or wholesale enquiries should be sent to autodepotsb@outlook.com and should identify the product, quantity, delivery location, required date and business contact details.
2. Quotations
A quotation is valid only for the period stated in it and is subject to stock availability, supplier confirmation, freight, taxes and any stated assumptions. A quotation does not oblige AUTO DEPOT to supply until an order is accepted in writing.
3. Product suitability
The customer is responsible for confirming product specification, intended application, vehicle compatibility and quantity before acceptance. AUTO DEPOT may request additional information before confirming availability.
4. Payment and delivery
Payment terms, delivery arrangements, lead times and any deposit are specified in the accepted quotation or order confirmation. Estimates may change due to supplier, freight, customs, courier or other circumstances outside our reasonable control; we will communicate material changes where practical.
5. Returns and statutory rights
Bulk or wholesale arrangements may have order-specific terms, but those terms do not exclude rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under Malaysian law. Any return, refund or exchange request must follow the agreed terms and applicable law.
